Easter’s Day

It means to be fresh, to see things and to do things in the newest way you can. It’s good. No eggs. Gladiolus bulbs. To join the tentative appearance of last year’s bulb in my sunny little corner.

The Vibrunum carlesii is in full bloom. Anywhere you go in the yard today brought the spicy scent of this lovely lady. I think of this shrub as feminine because she dresses up for Easter, as she should. It’s a day of celebration in the face of our difficulties.

Hopefully the hardships to be faced will be balanced by the joys we find coming our way.
